There are so many reasons it’s vital to get a good night’s sleep: Avoiding aches and pains, rejuvinating your mind and body, and waking up with the energy to dominate the workplace… who knew staying out of the clink was among the major benefits?
the Norwich Bulletin reports that, on March 18th, Winston A. Riley pulled a knife on a woman in an elevator and demanded her purse. Luckily, she was able to get away unharmed and the police caught up to Riley. So, why did he do it? Drugs? Unemployed? Insanity? Actually, Riley’s excuse was that he was sleepwalking. His family confirmed it has been a chronic problem for Winston most of his life. his lawyer defended his client by stating “Here’s a guy who’s (27), no criminal record, married,” D’Amato told the Bulletin. “‘Do you honestly think he woke up one morning, drove across the state and decided to rob a woman in a place full of security cameras?’ It doesn’t make sense if you think about it rationally.”
Mr. Riley obviously does not have a natural memory foam mattress at home. He’s got a family, probably trying to save a few dollars with a sub-par sleep system, and had no idea what pain would come from sleeping on an inferior mattress. Don’t make the same mistake, it’s not worth it.
