The Autumn is among us and Ontarians really do love this time of year. Many long drive’s are made throughout the province during this season to take in the beauty of the changing of the season as the trees get ready to sleep through the frigid winter season.
It is such a big deal that the Ontario Parks website even has a Fall Colour Report. You can go on this website and literally check every part of the province’s leaf changing progress. Right down to what percentage of leaves have started to change colour with peak viewing times as well as what percentage of leaves have fallen.
I must admit Autumn is one of my favorite times of the year. Start to bundle up in layer upon layer and enjoy the fairly quick progression from Summer to Winter when I, like our furry friend the bear will be hibernating until at least May.
See you next summer, Summer.
